Mech War For Humanity World Map

Answerer: The high-altitude space station that resides within Earth’s atmosphere in order to rapidly deploy Warfighter mechs to Earth. The Answerer space station, operated by SHARD, serves as both an orbital factory and military base that has the ability to launch its mechs in minutes with precise deployment.

Elan: The superstate formally known as the Far East territories; an aerial city with its population mostly comprised of Novus. Although Elan’s military is smaller than Eumaria’s, they assist both Eumaria and SHARD with their contributions for science, ship and weapons design, and advancements with human biology.

Eumaria (Translate to “Sea of Tomorrow”): The superstate formally known as the continent of South America, where the Possibility space elevator is located, near Eumaria’s capital. Eumaria has the largest military in the world, consisting of Mech Marine, Aerospace, and Navy divisions. In addition to their responsibilities of enforcing the law and protecting the space elevator, Eumaria’s military forces also operate globally. Sometime after the activation of the Answerer space station and its Warfighter mechs, Eumaria was assigned to oversee the Galahad Initiative project and will soon incorporate a mech division into their military forces.

Galahad Initiative: The project name for the development of the Pillar mech. Originating in SHARD, the Galahad Initiative project was later transferred to Eumaria, continuing the work on one of their warships, the Supremacy. The Galahad Initiative team consists of ten members and Admiral Mark Hammond. Commander Kevin March, Pillar Pilot of the Rabbit mech, is involved with the team in evaluating and training the four Pillar Pilot recruits.

Locker: A 3D printer that manufactures mech weapons and armor parts. The Locker located in the Supremacy’s hangar bay is designated for use by the Galahad Initiative.

Mech Kit: Standard-issued equipment for all Mech Marine soldiers. Mech Kits provide the Mech Marines with enhancements, based on its power supply and DNI. The Mech Kit resembles the appearance of a backpack and kevlar vest together, but is lightweight and highly adaptable to the user’s garments and armor.

Mech Marine: The title for Eumaria’s soldiers that utilize Mech Kits as part of their equipment. Although most Mech Marines are trained to operate in Eumaria’s military, some of the soldiers are assigned to SHARD and Elan for security and special ops.

Novus: A breakthrough biotechnology that corrects any genetic abnormalities in humans at the expense of the individual’s outward appearance so all Novus share the same traits of aqua-colored eyes and white hair. The Novus technology is considered to be a major development in the sciences, due to its combatant use against cancer and other infectious diseases, as well as an ongoing testbed for improving humanity’s chances in deep outer space exploration. Upgrades are still ongoing. Most of the people which are Novus live and work in Elan and SHARD.

Paired Computer: A multipurpose electronic device resembling a glove sleeve, complete with a multitude of applications such as touchscreen, speaker, and microphone for communication. Every human in society is issued a Paired Computer when they turn thirteen years old. These devices are used for a variety of tasks, including diagnostics, battlefield, and computer interfacing.

Pillar: An advancement of Warfighter mech technology, enabling the use of human pilots for its operation, paired with an AI. The chief application of the Pillar technology platform is to provide an armored division for Eumaria’s military to supplement the Mech Marines and strikecraft forces. SHARD’s Galahad Initiative project authorized Eumaria to incorporate its mechs into their military but suggested Eumarian soldiers pilot them in preparation for retiring the Answerer space station. Pillars can be customized, including changing their outer armor, loadouts, and choosing their own Special Weapon, based on the requests and needs of the Pillar Pilot.

Possibility: The Possibility space elevator, the gateway to outer space, symbolizes the drive of humanity’s future and progression. It is the epicenter for the ongoing conflict between allied military forces and Revenant rebels.

Possibility Defense Fleet: The Eumarian navy formation designated to defend Eumaria against any hostile force attacking them or the Possibility space elevator. The Possibility Defense Fleet is the largest warship fleet in the world, ensuring absolute protection of Eumaria’s airspace.

Revenant: The reported name for the rebels at war against Eumaria, SHARD, and Elan. Their main objective is believed to be total control of the Possibility space elevator and the defeat of the military forces defending it. The Revenant faction consists of former members of the three superstates who defected and joined the rebels with their campaign to “free humanity”. Revenant’s military forces utilize weapons and warships they stole from Eumaria and SHARD, then reverse engineer them for their own needs.

SHARD (Science, Hardware, Aerospace, Research, Development): The superstate formally known as the continent of North America, tasked with manufacturing, supply, and research & development of new military weapons and technology. They are responsible for newly emerging technology for use by the military and outer space research without regard to political factors. Their governing body operates as a board of directors, since business, trade, and executive decisions drive their society.

Strikecraft: The next-generation military stealth fighter jet, both operational in air and space environments. Strikecraft resemble modern fighter jets with outer space functionality.

Supremacy: The home base for Mech War For Humanity’s storyline. The Supremacy is a carrier-class warship with about five thousand crew members and a large array of advanced equipment.

War Command: Eumaria’s headquarters and their largest military installation. The War Command base assists SHARD’s Answerer with intel and providing coordinates for their Warfighter deployments, along with issuing out orders to all active Eumarian forces.

Warfighter: An autonomous military-dedicated mech resembling a human soldier, about three stories tall in height. Capable of operating in ground, air, and outer space, Warfighter mechs have the firepower of a main battle tank with aerospace flight. In general, Warfighters are deployed by the Answerer space station to intervene in military conflicts on earth or to assist military forces throughout the globe.
